The collection and processing of the mentioned data is a contractual requirement set for the operation of the Platform, and is necessary for the performance of transactions with You or to deliver better service and operation, advertising and marketing. Failure to provide data will result in limitation or refusal to access to the Platform and conclusion/performance of transactions with You.

Your privacy is at our utmost importance. We share personal information only as described below, and all third parties are notified to follow or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this document.

Your data may be shared with Suppliers, their affiliates or other third parties cooperating with them or otherwise participating in transactions with You, for the purposes of performance of contractual obligations with You, as well as shipment, advertising and marketing. We only collect information from adults, we trust that You do not provide inaccurate information about Yourself. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The legal basis for collecting personal data is this document, to which You give your consent by using the Platform in any way.

For the information about the place of storage of data, please refer to “physical storage of data” related privacy policy. By posting data at the Platform, You are making it public, except the cases where You are provided with option to share such data privately.

You have right to request from Platform Operator access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning Your personal data or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Where the data is mentioned as contractual requirement and mandatory, non provision of such data will affect Your registration and access to the Platform functionality requiring such information.

Your consent under this Privacy Policy is provided for an indefinite term. Any request to limit or alter or remove personal data or withdrawal of consent must be done via tools of the Platform and, if not available, requested from Platform Operator. You can always alter Your personal data, which will take effect immediately and be reflected in the Platform across all Your activity. The contents and timeline of Your activity may, however, keep intact in some places. When withdrawing consent, which can also be in the form of altering or removing data, You may lose access to some or all features of the Platform.

Platform Operator may on its sole discretion from time to time review and amend this document, while it will inform You in advance via Your registered email. Such changes will take effect in terms provided therein.
